What is the Scorecard?
The ‘Scorecard’ is the landing page of Observe.ai. It gives you a 10,000 foot view of your call performance at various levels.
Views into a variety of elements at a foundational level :
Shows the identified key areas of interest (Moments) on calls that you can drill down into.
Some of the moments shown on the Scorecard come out of the box for you. However, this view is completely configurable - you can build custom moments and pull out the insights that are relevant to your business and customers.
You can filter the ‘Scorecard’ view by specific teams and date range.
At the top left, you will see the number of calls you are viewing based on the filter selection.
As you can see, Moments live under selected Categories.
The Filters on the top left (Date Range and Team) are always applied across Calls, Leaderboard and Analyze tabs.
- Date Filter: View preset or custom date range (default is 30 days)
- Team Filter: View metrics for all or specific teams,
Filters on the left will allow for a more granular view (Filters come from the call associated metadata including default filters like )
