Selecting a call by clicking the blue View Icon to the right of the Calls Tab will take you to the Call Details page.
The Call Details page allows users to quickly see moments associated with a call. Immediate insights can be detected while reducing QA time!
Moments: show instances of when specific parameters are, or are not met. The Call details page shows which parameters were ‘Found’ or were ‘Not Found’ in the specific call. Found Moments will also show in the call transcript.
Comments: notated about the call detail will display in the specific Agent’s Inbox
Playback volume & speed: can be controlled at a rate of 1x, 1.5x, 2x
