As mentioned, filters allow for a more granular view of your calls. Filters are created by from associated call metadata. This will allow you to slice and dice the data as you see fit.
Steps to Select Filters
1. On the left side under "Filter", are all the associated filters available for selection
2. To expand the filter, click on the carrot symbol >""
Depending on which filter is selected, there will either be a range (e.g. Call Duration) or checkbox options (e.g. Agent) to narrow your search criteria.
