Filters allow for a more granular view of your calls. Filters are created from associated call metadata. Using filters allows you to sort through the data and create customized, granular views of data.
Steps to Select Filters
1. On the left side under "Filter", are all the associated filters available for selection
2. To expand the filter, click on the carrot symbol >""
Depending on which filter is selected, there will either be a range (e.g. Call Duration) or checkbox options (e.g. Agent) to narrow your search criteria.
