If a member of your team, or your Talkdesk CSM has already downloaded the Observe.AI application from the appconnect store, you may see the following error message
Since the application has already been installed, The individual who installed the application is defined as an Administrator and can enable user access.
If you are not certain which member of your team installed the application please contact your Talkdesk CSM or Account Executive.
