What is a Learning Plan?

An Academy Learning Plan is a group of courses that have been selected for foundational learning. In Observe.AI Academy, the Learning Plans have been set up to account for the access levels of an Admin, QA Analyst, and a Supervisor.

Since Learning Plans have been designed to match the access levels of Admins, QA Analyst, and Supervisors in Observe.AI, the following Learning Plans exist:

• Admin Learning Plan (Default) (all courses)
• Supervisor Learning Plan
